After arriving you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a pool where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of visiting museums. Also available outdoors are a playground, barbecue grill and patio. A lot of people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit holiday rental where they can spend time together in the common areas, like the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters with bedroom and bathroom. In addition, each unit has its own kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery.

Description
Four charming apartments in a farmhouse (composed in total by 4 units) that was originally a watchtower during the war between the Florence and Siena republics. Today it is the guesthouse of a 16th century villa, where the property owners reside. The property is in a tranquil location at the center of a 12 hectare farm that produces wine and olive oil. At the same time it is just 350 m from the center of a small, charactaristic village where a bus can take you to Florence in just 20 minutes. Beautiful view of the countryside. Each apartment has its own large, private outdoor space, and the beautiful, enclosed, shared pool sits among olive trees, overlooking the country landscape (85 m from the house). Upon request, it is possible to visit the garden of the main villa, with its ancient interconnecting pools fed by a natural spring and age-old lemon trees. The apartments are furnished in simple, rustic style. Access to the property is via a 250 m unpaved but well-maintained road.

At guests’ disposal: fenced-in pool (7 x 14 m – depth from 1,4 m to 2,2m – open from 8:00 to 20:00) with outdoor shower (cold water). Each apartment has its own private outdoor space and a barbecue (portable). Laundry with washing machine (€ 3,- / wash), iron and ironing board. WI-FI internet connection available in the apartments as well as in the garden area.
