Inside Villa "Beboli," you will find a billiard table that adds a touch of entertainment to your stay, while a weekly room cleaning service ensures that the villa remains comfortable and well-maintained throughout your visit. Heating is available from November 1st to April 7th and is provided at an additional cost, making the villa a welcoming retreat even during the cooler months of the year. The property is accessed via a 400 m unmade road, and ample parking space is available on site for your convenience. For larger groups or extended families, an additional apartment adjacent to the villa, featuring a separate entrance and accommodating up to 4 people, can be booked upon request.

Monsummano Terme is a welcoming and famous spa town is located in the province of Pistoia. It is divided into two sections, Monsummano Alto and Monsummano Basso, an historic, older part of the town and a more modern section. Das Haus und das große Grundstück sind fantastisch! Wir haben mit 11 Personen und Hund einen wunderschönen Urlaub dort verbracht. Das Haus bietet Platz für alle Bedürfnisse. Die Schatten Suchenden konnten sich unter die Olivenbäume legen, die Kinder waren im Pool, der Hund konnte sich auf 4000 qm austoben und ich konnte in der gut ausgestatteten Küche kochen und backen. Die Besitzer haben sich um alle unsere Wünsche umgehend gekümmert. Das Haus und Garten sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Von Lamporechio aus kommt man in gut einer Stunde ans Meer, Florenz, Pisa, Lucca....
Vielen Dank für dieses Geschenk während der Pandemie!

casa bella e pulita, signora molto disponibile e gentile, purtroppo le temperature di questa primavera non hanno permesso l'uso della piscina 21gradi circa e per FORTUNA la casa ha riscaldamento ( anche se a prezzo elevato 4,5 Euro al metro cubo di gas) ma poi stavamo proprio bene, la cucina é accessoriata bene, se ci richiama la Toscana ci torneremmo subito

We were in Villa Beboli from late September to early October for 10 days with 6 persons and one small dog. The house is really big and has a lot of Rooms and bathrooms. The house was clean and the owners wife answered always fast and uncomplicate. The kitchen is also really big and has enough place for a big group. At the kitchen everything was okay except the frying pans, these would have to be replaced. The gardener and the pool man didn't bother us. We hardly noticed them and everything was always in perfect order. The washing machine worked well too. Better ways to dry the clothes are needed here. The clothes rack was old and broken. We would recommend Villa Beboli for warm months. During our stay it was often rainy and cold outside and the house was also uncomfortably cold inside. The owner's wife kindly brought us wood to light the fireplace. The house is very good for a large group. The property is completely fenced, which was very convenient with our dog.

We spent a wonderfull week in Villa Beboli. Everything workwd fine except for the informations given in advance from Easy Reserve - I will contact them personally. The House is very big and have lots of lovely rooms and bathrooms. Everything was neat and clean. The only thing that disturbed us a bit was the gardener cleaning the pool at odd times.
