The villa is equipped with air conditioning, which is included in the rental price, along with a dishwasher, washing machine, and satellite TV. Heating is available and metered separately. The owner resides approximately 500 meters from the villa, ensuring that guests enjoy full privacy and exclusive use of the entire estate, including the pool, while remaining readily available to assist with any requests. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 9:30. The minimum stay is 1 week, and during high season bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. French windows in every interior room open directly onto the garden, creating a seamless connection between the indoors and the surrounding landscape. Approximately 60 metres from the house, reached via a stone pathway winding through the olive trees, the rectangular swimming pool is set on a terraced lower level.
