Conveniently located 2 km (5174 ft) from Montaione, Italy and only 19 km (12 mi) from San Gimignano. Villa i Colli is a lovely vacation rental (300 sq m) with air conditioning, private pool and hot tub. The property can accommodate up to 14 people comfortably in six bedrooms with seven bathrooms. There is a golf course nearby if you'd like to get in a round or two while on vacation.
The Experience
The property which situated approx 1 km from Montaione and rented as a single environment of about 300 sqm, is made up of three apartments, two of which communicate with each other and one detached in a small outbuilding. In front of the main building, we find an enchanting "party room", all finished in wood and surrounded by large windows, equipped with table and chairs, armchairs, wood-burning oven, barbecue and stove for cooking. This party room can be booked on request, with an on site supplement payment.

This beautiful farmhouse is located in a very quiet and secluded position on the Castello di Volpaia estate, where we have successfully been renting two other properties, La Pozza and Il Casetto for many years. Guests can enjoy incredible views from the covered terrace, which is furnished for outdoor eating and is also very practical for families as it overlooks the pool, allowing parents to relax while keeping an eye on the pool area. The fortified hamlet of Volpaia offers two nice restaurants, one of which owned by the estate. The English speaking estate staff can organize cooking lessons, visits to the wine cellars and will be glad to assist guests during their stay.
After arriving at Casavecchia you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany. After a hectic day of visiting museums, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to relax at the end the day. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 12 people.
