The property is fully fenced and sits along the avenue leading to Todi's historic center, positioned on a hill at 325 meters above sea level. Guests benefit from a private yard of approximately 750 square meters featuring a lush green lawn and mature olive trees that define the landscape. Parking is conveniently available just beyond the iron automatic gate, with 2 uncovered parking spaces accessible directly from the property. Wi-Fi internet connectivity is available throughout the villa, ensuring guests remain connected during their stay.

The outdoor spaces of Villa Aperolli are thoughtfully arranged to encourage relaxation and al fresco living. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
