The property is fully fenced and sits along the avenue leading to Todi's historic center, positioned on a hill at 325 meters above sea level. Guests benefit from a private yard of approximately 750 square meters featuring a lush green lawn and mature olive trees that define the landscape. Parking is conveniently available just beyond the iron automatic gate, with 2 uncovered parking spaces accessible directly from the property.
