Conveniently located in the centre of Latereto, Italy in the tourist area "Arezzo And Surroundings" and only 22 km (14 mi) from Arezzo. Holiday home Alle Fornaci is a nice stone building that includes air conditioning, shared pool and WiFi internet. The villa / farmhouse / home has been designed with a total of 15 independent apartments. The property can sleep up to 71 people comfortably.
IMPORTANT: Please note that, for liability reasons, upon entering the property, minors must be accompanied by their parents or by a person who manages their guardianship, which will be held responsible for any damage caused to property and / or persons during their stay.
In case a group books the full property, a communal dining area is available on request (to be paid extra), for lunches and dinners.
Please note that the relative kitchen can be used only by the property's cook.
There is also a tipical tuscan restaurant with pizzeria on the property, which is also open to the public only a few days of the week.
