Just a five minutes drive away there is the famous Castello di Banfi where guests can visit the cellars and the hamlet while enjoying the great red wine, have lunch or dinner in one of their excellent restaurants.
The views from the house are outstanding taking in the Val d’Orcia and Crete Senesi, considered by many as the most beautiful areas of Tuscany. The owner a renowned Italian Architect and Interior Designer restored the villa in total respect to the Tuscan tradition and furnished it with an impressive combination of furniture personally designed and some antiques ones. The property comprises the main Tuscan stone-built farmhouse and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom in the guesthouse. Nice farmhouse comprising 3 apartments situated in panoramic location in the Orcia Valley area, only a few kilometers from the town of Montalcino away.
This house, offering beautiful views over the surrounding landscape, has been completely restored with the original architectural features preserved and has been nicely furnished in a rustic style.
The property is part of a large and renowned farming estate producing an excellent Brunello wine. Access via dirt road (1km).

Built in the 1700s as one of the manors of the neighbouring Argiano Castle, the building has a distinctive U-shaped structure and develops around a central patio.The sense of interior space is accentuated by the high vaulted ceilings.

The resident maid lives in a separate apartment at the rear of the farmhouse, and will be happy to cook for guests (additional charge).
