Conveniently located , Italy in the tourist area "Casentino Valley" and only 53 km (33 mi) from Arezzo. Villa Renaccio is a lovely stone building (150 sq m) with private pool and WiFi internet. The property can sleep up to 12 guests comfortably in five bedrooms with two bathrooms.
The property is divided into two apartments (one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor).
Each apartment has its own entrance and outdoor area equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. The two apartments are not internally connected.
