Set in one of most exclusive and quiet areas of Levanto, "il Giardino sul Mare" has an amazing view over the town and its gulf, until "Punta Mesco".

IMPORTANT: please note that, as it can be seen from the pictures, this home is on a hill, above the sea level.
Having a car is definitely recommended.
If you come to Levanto by train, on foot you will have to walk 800 meters of an uphill road to arrive at the apartment (15 minutes).
The train station is 2,2 km away. Please consider this aspect, to avoid misunderstandings when you arrive here. Walking is not recommended if you are not used to! In summer it could be too hot; at night the road is not lighted enough.

It's a completely renovated apartment, with a large living area with kitchen and a sofa that converts into a double bed, and a very spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Bathroom with bath-tub and shower.
Air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom, dishwasher, washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen.
The external area has garden furniture, table with chairs and a little sofa, to enjoy breakfasts or dinners outdoors, with a breathtaking view of the sea.
Note: the last 100 meters of the street are quite steep. One private parking is available for free for our guests, a few meters from the apartment.
