Check-in at The Sea Farmhouse takes place between 15:00 and 19:30, with the designated meeting point located at Hotel Prestige. Check-out is required by 10:00 AM. A refundable security deposit of 1,500 Euros is required upon arrival and may be paid by credit card. The rental price includes 1 set of bed linens and bath towels per person per stay, electricity, an international breakfast, staff for cleaning the kitchen and dining room for lunch and dinner service including tablecloths, and, on request, 1 cot and 1 high chair for babies under 3 years of age. A maximum of 5 children aged 4 to 12 are permitted. Babies from 0 to 3 years are welcome. Up to 4 additional single beds can be arranged on request at an extra cost of 65 Euros per person per day.

A compulsory daily cleaning service of 3 hours per day plus a final cleaning is charged at an extra cost per person per stay. Change of bed linens and bath towels is provided every 3 days. A city tax of 4 Euros per person per day applies to all guests aged 18 years and above. Should the house rules not be observed, penalties may be applied according to the specific circumstances.
