You will find the villa just a few kilometres from the beautiful Cortona, famous throughout the world for its works of art, its Etruscan memories and for its narrow stone streets and noble palaces. It is impossible not to spend at least one evening in one of its many fine restaurants. You won't forget “maccheroni al sugo” and sliced Chianina beef, we guarantee it! In Camucia you will find shops and supermarkets, and for small shopping trips, you can walk about 1 km to the small village of Fratta, where there are some services.
The villa is divided into six independent apartments, each with its own kitchenette, but at the same time has a large, cool dining room with lounge and kitchen in the basement where you can get together to cook and eat. The villa, equipped with all comforts, is composed of a main house and guest house, sleeping a total of up to 12 people. The property is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, from which the owners produce wine and olive oil (guests will be offered a tasting in the estate's cellars).
The house's central location is convenient for visiting Tuscany's most important places of interest such as Siena, Florence, San Gimignano and the entire Chianti area with its characteristic villages (Castellina, Greve, Radda, Gaiole, etc.).
Access to the house is via an unpaved road in good condition.
