Nestled in the picturesque village of Torno on the shores of Lake Como, Italy, Villa Silva is a magnificent luxury holiday retreat that seamlessly blends neoclassical elegance with contemporary comfort. Spanning more than 550 square meters across three levels, plus a recently renovated annex, this exceptional property accommodates up to 16 guests in a setting of refined grandeur. The villa's design beautifully marries exquisite neoclassical furnishings with modern amenities, while expansive windows frame sweeping panoramic views of the lake, creating an atmosphere of timeless sophistication.

The ground floor welcomes you with a grand veranda, a spacious living room, and a dining area that comfortably seats up to 16 guests. The fully equipped kitchen features a granite countertop, gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and 2 dishwashers, alongside a laundry room with both a washer and dryer, a guest bathroom, and a private elevator for convenient access between floors. A magnificent Carrara marble staircase leads to the upper levels, where the first floor offers a luxurious living room with a fireplace, satellite TV, and liberty-style furnishings. This floor also houses 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, satellite TV, and spacious wardrobe. The Master Suite, which can be converted to twin beds upon request, features a private terrace and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a bathtub, and a separate shower. The 2 additional double bedrooms, one of which is also convertible to twin beds upon request, share a bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and shower. The second floor presents 4 further bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, wardrobe, and satellite TV, all of which can be arranged with twin beds upon request. A second veranda on this level adds an element of leisure to the upper floor, and an additional guest bathroom completes the space.

The annex, situated slightly elevated to the right of the main villa, is spread over 2 levels. The upper level, nearly aligned with the villa's first floor, contains a double bedroom with a split king-size bed of 180 cm, which can be separated into 2 singles. The lower level, accessed via a steep internal staircase, features a compact bathroom with a shower and a small living area that opens directly onto the pool area.

Throughout the property, high-speed Internet WiFi is included, ensuring you remain connected throughout your stay. The surrounding yard and outdoor spaces provide a natural extension of the villa's living areas, inviting you to enjoy the serene lakeside environment to the fullest.

The outdoor spaces of Villa Silva are nothing short of spectacular, offering a seamless connection between the villa's elegant interiors and the breathtaking natural landscape of Lake Como. The private heated pool, measuring 4x8 meters and equipped with a hydromassage feature, serves as the centerpiece of the exterior, providing a luxurious setting in which to relax and unwind. The surrounding terrace offers ample space for sunbathing and outdoor leisure, furnished to encourage al fresco relaxation against the backdrop of the tranquil lake.

The grand neoclassical veranda overlooks the serene waters of the lake, providing both shade and shelter while allowing you to fully appreciate the stunning surroundings. A second veranda on the upper level, complete with a ping pong table and foosball table, adds a playful and social dimension to the outdoor experience, making it ideal for guests of all ages.

One of the most distinctive features of Villa Silva is its direct access to the lake from the terrace, along with the option to moor a boat at the property's private Darsena. Boats must be compatible with the dock's size, though if needed, vessels can also be moored at the nearby village harbor. The villa is easily accessible by both car and boat, and the tranquil waters of the lake provide a truly striking arrival experience.

Other Information

Villa Silva operates with a check-in time between 16:00 and 19:00, and checkout is scheduled between 8:00 and 10:00. A security deposit of 7,000 euros is held by the agency and returned to the client within 7 days pending owner sign-off. An additional security deposit of 1,000 euros is payable in cash by the client directly to staff upon arrival, along with a food extras deposit of 1,500 euros, also payable in cash directly to staff on arrival. All expenses must be settled in cash prior to departure.

The rental price includes gas, electricity, and air conditioning, ensuring year-round comfort throughout the villa. Daily cleaning is provided for 4 hours per day, seven days per week, and linen changes are carried out weekly with an additional mid-week change included. An advance shopping service and a standard shopping service are both included, along with porter assistance for all luggage on arrival and departure. Firewood for the fireplaces is also provided as part of the inclusive package.

Heating for the house and pool is available at an additional cost, with pool heating requiring a minimum of 2 to 3 days to reach the desired temperature. Additional cleaning staff hours and personal laundry services are available at an extra charge, as are additional linen changes beyond those included. Telephone and fax services are not included in the base price.

A chef and cook service is available, offered as either a half service covering breakfast and lunch or dinner, or a full service covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner, contracted by the week. 2 covered parking spaces for sedans only are located within the nearby village, approximately a 5 to 7-minute walk from the villa. A luggage porter service is included and provides transport to the villa via a private Jeep, which is also available for village transfers during the stay. Please note that the top-floor apartment is occasionally used by the owner and is not available for rent.
