Electricity and air conditioning are metered and charged according to consumption. Heating is also metered and charged separately. A utilities deposit of 500 Euro is required on arrival. A refundable security deposit of 4,000 Euro is collected in cash upon arrival and returned upon departure, less any charges in case of damage to the property.
The minimum stay is 7 nights, with Saturday as the changeover day. Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and check-out is at 9:00 am. Late arrivals may be arranged upon request and with the owner's prior approval. Arrivals between 7:00 pm and midnight, as well as arrivals between midnight and 6:00 am, each incur an additional fee.
