A minimum stay of 7 nights is required. From 20 June 2026 to 28 August 2026, the changeover day is Saturday. Check-in is available from 17:00 to 21:00, and check-out must be completed between 8:00 and 10:00. A late check-in service is available after 21:00 until 24:00 and is to be paid on arrival. Early departure is also subject to an additional charge payable on site. A security deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at departure, less any deductions in the event of damages. The rental rates include gas, water, and electricity up to 300 kWh per week, with any extra consumption to be settled on the spot at a rate per kWh. Final cleaning, a weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, a midweek change of bath towels, a weekly cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms lasting 2 hours, a welcome basket with breakfast items, and a cot are all included in the rates.
