The villa itself has been recently refurbished however, it still holds its original character such as terracotta floors, wooden beams and stone arches.

Villa Crispinino is perfectly positioned for anyone hoping to visit Tuscany’s famous sites. About 20 km from the property, in the town of Arezzo, you can catch a train to destinations such as Rome, Florence, Orvieto and Siena.

La Quiete is a very old farmhouse that preserves intact the characteristics of the rural architecture. The villa is located at the foot of the first wooded hills, which mark the border between Valdichiana and Valdarno, from here you can make even daily excursions, towards the two valleys, dotted with small villages nestled in the Tuscan countryside. In Monte San Savino, which is just a few kilometres away, it will be pleasant to spend evenings out, dining in typical restaurants or enjoying an aperitif sitting at tables in the colourful cobbled streets.
From the windows of the villa you can admire the imposing Castello di Civitella with its characteristic 'Torre Spaccata'. We absolutely recommend a visit to this small village, a real jewel of the Valdichiana, with its ancient cistern, panoramic square and medieval buildings.
La Quiete, in our opinion, is perfectly suited for your holidays with children, or in the company of large groups of friends. Around the house you will find a large green area equipped with outdoor furniture, barbecue, table tennis, table football, children's games, volleyball court and five-a-side football pitch.
