Beautiful vineyards and olive groves surround the estate and produce excellent Chianti Classico wine and olive oil (available for the clients to be tasted and purchased). This property is situated among green hills but at the same time it is very close to the small town of San Donato (walking distance) offering nice restaurants, pizzerias and all main services.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road suitable for any kind of car.

Description
Conveniently located 3 km (2 mi) from Lucarelli, Italy in the tourist area "Chianti" and only 16 km (10 mi) from Greve In Chianti. Holiday home Camporempoli is a beautiful stone building (400 sq m) that includes WiFi internet and private pool. The property can accommodate up to ten guests comfortably in six bedrooms with five bathrooms.
The Experience
From its secluded position the views are absolutely stunning, with all the windows framing a picture of the lovely Chianti countryside at its best. There is a pathway leading to the beautiful swimming pool with overflow effect, in a particularly panoramic position. The pool has a large shallow end for children. To the rear of the property, is a converted barn where the housekeeper lives.
There is a 1 km unmade driveway leading to Camporempoli. It was partially cemented at the end of 2013 in order to make it more easily accessible.
When you arrive at Camporempoli you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany. For your pleasure you will find a private pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of sightseeing. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a barbecue grill and patio. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to ten people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished patio where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.
