The ground floor features a spacious entrance leading to a large living room equipped with sofas and an LCD TV, a dining room that opens directly onto the garden facing the pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a service bathroom with WC and sink, 1 double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower, and a laundry room fitted with a washing machine and dryer. On the first floor, 3 double bedrooms are each appointed with their own private bathroom with shower. The villa is further equipped with a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, an American coffee maker, a microwave, and an in-room safe.
