The minimum rental period is 1 week, with Saturday as the changeover day. Check-in is available from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and check-out must be completed before 10:00 am. A refundable security deposit of 1500 euros is payable in cash upon arrival and returned at departure, less any damages or unpaid fees. A tourist tax of 2.50 euros per person per night applies. Use of the spa is available at an additional cost of 400 euros per day. The rental price includes final cleaning, air conditioning and heating, gym access, and pool towels.
