Outdoors
The outdoor spaces of Villa Sumac are thoughtfully designed to invite relaxation and al fresco living across a beautifully landscaped estate. A furnished terrace positioned directly outside the kitchen and living room provides a comfortable setting for quiet moments and informal gatherings. A shaded pergola set within the garden houses a large dining table and a barbecue, making it an ideal space for outdoor meals in a convivial atmosphere. Gravel paths lined with ornamental plants wind through the grounds, connecting the various structures and leading to the pool and outdoor dining area. A separate courtyard near the main villa provides access to the laundry room. The swimming pool, which is non-heated, is situated on a slightly elevated level approximately 20 metres from the villa, reached via a path with around 15 steps. Rectangular in shape, it measures 10 x 5 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres, is finished in painted cement, features an internal staircase, and is equipped with a chlorine purification system. A wooden solarium of approximately 130 square metres surrounds the pool and is furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas. A short staircase from the solarium leads to a round hot tub with a diameter of 2 metres and a depth of 60 centimetres, equipped with lighting. Both the pool and the hot tub are open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October. Each of the 2 annexes also benefits from its own private shaded outdoor area, offering additional spaces for rest and privacy. It is worth noting that photo shoots are typically carried out in spring, so the colours and blooms of the gardens and grounds may vary at the time of your arrival.
