Charming apartment situated in a small hamlet dating back to the 17th century, a short distance away from the small town of Anghiari, (in Arezzo surroundings) which was theater of a war between Florence and Milan in 1440, the “War of Anghiari” (which was also painted by Leonardo Da Vinci). This hamlet comprises 7 houses all of which have been completely restored with their original architectural features preserved.
Bramasole has been recently restored and offers welcoming and tastefully furnished interiors.
Outside, guests can enjoy use of a nice shared pool set in panoramic location.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road suitable to any car.

Podere Il Doccio is a beautiful property that is comprised of four private units. Located in the Arno Valley, 9 km from Terranuova Bracciolini, it is a lovely and peaceful place. Arezzo, Greve In Chianti, Florence, Siena and Montepulciano are all close enough for day trips but the property itself is so quiet and pleasant that you might never want to leave.

5. Il Poggio

Il Poggio is a beautiful property made up of five apartments, all of which can be rented separately or together, that boasts a pool that ticks every possible box. In this series, we have been outlining some incredible destinations for those who are thinking about planning a city break in Italy. Any sort of vacation in Italy is, of course, an excellent idea but for those who like the comforts, conveniences, sights, and cosmopolitan appeal of a city break, there are lots of excellent urban destinations in Italy to choose from. I have held vacation with my family in Italy and Tuscany many times, and rented apartments like this many times. But this time in this apartment our holiday was close to be a disaster. The apartment itself is OK (apart from the fact, that the owner has filled all drawers, shelfs and cabinets with their own stuff, so there was no place to our things). The biggest issue was that having a vacation in the summer time in Italy without any outdoor area nearby to use for eating and relaxing is absolutely a no go. And I have never met that before. It has never been mentioned in the description of any of the apartments I have rented before – it is a mandatory thing that you of cause have an outdoor place nearby with chairs and table to use for eating and relaxing. But it is not the case for this apartment. That fact changed our vacation to one big disappointment. Taking the high price for this apartment into account, then it is possible to find many other places to stay in Tuscany for a summer vacation that is better and cheaper. It was not mentioned in the description of the apartment, that it is placed on second floor with no balcony and no terrace nearby.

[counter comment] we are sorry that the apartment did not meet your expectations. However in our property description it is clear that this unit is situated on the 1st and 2nd floor and that outdoors the guests can enjoy use of a nice shared pool set in panoramic location.
