Gello is a certified organic farm with 43 hectares of primary forest and olive groves.
The house was originally a watchtower overlooking the Trove valley and the village of Civitella in Val di Chiana located on the opposite hill. Restoration of the building was completed using only original materials, with respect considering that Gello dates back at least 600 years.The house is 140 square-metre in two floors.
Surrounding the home is a beautiful garden with a pergola under which you can dine with the scents of herbs. A salt water infinity pool frames the view west.
On foot you can take interesting walks in the surrounding hills where it is often easy to see wild animals such as deer, wild boar, foxes and raptors such as buzzard and hawks.

For those who want to enjoy an extraordinary view over the Val di Chiana, you can reach the village of Civitella which is about 1.5 km from the house. It’s a village mostly intact with the remains of a castle of Lombard origin. Also in Civitella are two restaurants, two bars, a butcher and grocer and ice cream parlour.
Around the area you can visit interesting towns and cities:
Arezzo, Cortona , Siena, Firenze, Pisa , San Gimignano and Pienza are only a few of the many in which Tuscany is rich.
There are also various restaurants in the area where you can taste the typical Tuscan cuisine, from simple to the most innovative; in both cases the common denominator is the use of excellent local ingredients.

The villa is on two floor, sqm 140
On the ground floor: kitchen, dining area, and living room with a large wood burning fireplace.

On the first floor: 1 double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with french bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and 1 bathroom with shower.
