Villa La Tagliola overlooks the Tuscan coast, on a panoramic hill of Mediterranean scrub at 250m above sea level. From the villa every morning when you wake up, you will be enchanted by a wonderful sea view of the Etruscan Coast. On clear days you can also spot the islands of Elba, Capraia, Corsica and the peaks of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. It must be said that although the villa is comfortable and well equipped, the view it offers and its proximity to the sea and beaches are its strong points.

La Tagliola is an oasis of peace and quiet with over a hectare of land around it with olive trees and ornamental plants; your best moments of relaxation will be spent on the solarium of the panoramic swimming pool (size 5x11 m. depth 1,50 m.), overlooking the sea, in the equipped gazebo surrounded by greenery or in the bright veranda of the villa, challenging your family and friends around the table tennis. The pool is enclosed and therefore also suitable for families with children. Even your small four-legged friends are welcome here.

The village of Rosignano Marittimo is within walking distance, just 1,5 km away. In the picturesque historical center you will find all kinds of services, shops, supermarkets, bank and restaurants. With only 10 minutes by car you can reach the white beaches of Rosignano Solvay, admire the sunset from the cliffs of Castiglioncello or refresh yourself in the secular age-old pine forest of Vada. Or in less than an hour you can also get to the main cities of art, such as Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Livorno, Volterra and Siena.

Fijn huis met een heerlijk zwembad! Heel handig voor een verblijf met honden en/of kleine kinderen want de tuin is helemaal omheind en het zwembad af te sluiten dmv een hekje. Interieur netjes maar ietwat gedateerd. Prettig contact en goede service van de eigenaar. Kortom een aanrader!
