In the green countryside, a stone's throw from Monte San Savino. Beautiful house immersed in the green Tuscan countryside, a stone's throw away from Monte San Savino. The nearby village is one of the most important centres of Valdichiana, with shops and facilities of every kind and offers countless cultural and folk shows.

The large park and the swimming pool with salt depuration. All around the house a wide green space of approximately 8.000 sqm. completely fenced, shaded by forest trees and equipped with tables and chairs to eat 'al fresco'. At guests disposal a lovely swimming pool with Jacuzzi (size m 7x14 - depth m 1,10-2,30, salt depuration), a barbecue, table tennis, children play area, and pool table.

Comfortable interior and energy savings. The nice furnishing and the large equipment (satellite tv, dish-washer, washing machine, oven, hairdryer, filter coffee maker, iron and ironing board), make of the house the perfect place for a comfortable holiday. Moreover, respecting the need of energy saving, the house is endowed with solar panels which are also used to heat the pool which consequently, can be easily used from April to October. Next to the house passes a secondary road which connects Monte San Savino to Civitella in Valdichiana and Arezzo.
