Outdoors

The fenced park, covering approximately 7,000 square meters on a hilly terrain, features a combination of mixed irrigated grass, natural grass, olive trees, cypresses, and aromatic plants, all maintained with an irrigation system. The porch of the annex serves as the heart of outdoor dining, housing a convertible table tennis table and a gas barbecue, making it a versatile space for both meals and leisure. On the opposite side of the property, a pergola, independent from the annex, provides a shaded outdoor living area positioned just a few meters from the pool. At the exit of the villa's dining room, a wooden pergola shelters a stone table and benches, offering a picturesque setting for aperitifs at sunset.

The non-heated private pool, reserved exclusively for guests, is situated at the rear of the property, approximately 20 meters from the villa and 5 meters from the annex, on the same level. Rectangular in shape and measuring 10 x 5 meters with a depth of 1.40 meters, the pool is accessed via a metal ladder and features a PVC lining, a stone edge, a chlorine sanitation system, and night lighting with a timer. The surrounding terracotta solarium is furnished with sun loungers, deckchairs, and umbrellas, and a cold water shower is available poolside. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. It can be reached by crossing the garden or along the sidewalk connecting the villa and the annex.

The villa spans 2 levels connected by an internal staircase, covering a total area of 380 square meters. On the ground floor, guests are welcomed by an entrance hall leading to a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and a second living room with a Smart TV. This floor also features 2 double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with shower and no bidet, as well as a service bathroom equipped with a washing machine. All living areas and bedrooms on this level have direct exits to the garden. On the first floor, a hallway connects 4 additional bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms with divisible king-size beds, each with an en-suite bathroom with shower, and 2 double bedrooms with king-size beds, each with an en-suite bathroom featuring both a tub and a shower. It is worth noting that all fireplaces throughout the villa are ornamental. The lower-level cellar with an exposed staircase is not accessible to guests, and the third level of the house is reserved for the owner, who is not present on site.

The annex is a single-level structure of 90 square meters. Its ground floor comprises a living room with a kitchenette, a gym, a sauna, and a bathroom with shower and no bidet.

The property is accessed through a manual driveway gate, followed by a cypress-lined approach leading to the covered parking area. Guests are reminded that photo shoots are typically carried out in spring, meaning that the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns, and park may appear different upon arrival depending on the season. Dogs are welcome at the property, subject to a mandatory extra cleaning fee applicable for each day of their stay. The rental rate includes utilities such as electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen changes and both an initial and a final cleaning service. A Zer0Dep Guarantee is applied, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage caused to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00€ and subject to the restrictions provided.
