Each annex is equipped with its own private bleached wooden terrace, furnished with a shaded relaxation area, offering guests a sense of privacy and personal outdoor space. Several additional terraces are distributed across the property, some perfectly oriented for sunbathing and others designed for quiet moments of rest or alfresco lunches. A dedicated path leads through a gate that opens onto a stone terrace directly on the seashore, complete with a shaded pergola and sun loungers positioned for relaxing between swims. Annex 3, approximately 40 square meters, offers a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower and a private terrace overlooking the sea. Parking is available on site, with 3 covered and 3 uncovered spaces accessible from the automatic gate on the provincial road. Pets are accepted at the property, subject to prior authorization from the owner, who must be informed in advance of the number, size, and breed of the animals. The rental rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen changes and both initial and final cleaning. The rate also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage for accidental damage caused to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00€ and subject to the restrictions provided.
