Please note that inside the property there is a private annex that remains unoccupied during the stay of guests. The property has undergone a check-up carried out by one of its technical managers to guarantee the correspondence of the description, the accessories listed, and their state of operation and maintenance.

The non-heated swimming pool is positioned on the same level as the villa, approximately 7 meters away and accessible by descending 4 steps. Rectangular in shape, it measures 10 x 5 meters with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.60 meters and features 5 submerged angular steps for easy access. The pool is PVC-coated with a salt purification system, ensuring clean and gentle water throughout the season. A teak solarium surrounds the pool and is furnished with sun loungers and parasols, inviting guests to relax while taking in the breathtaking views that stretch as far as the eye can see. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please be aware that photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns, and surrounding park may differ from what is visible upon arrival.
