Adjacent to the pool area, a magnificent gazebo provides a delightful corner for relaxing, perfectly positioned to take in the surroundings through the large living room windows.

The non-heated swimming pool is a true centerpiece of the outdoor experience. Lined with elegant white tiles and measuring 11 x 5 meters with a constant depth of 130 centimeters, the pool features an irregular rectangular shape, a 50-centimeter-wide edge, and a sloping flight of steps for easy access. It is equipped with chlorine purification and benefits from both internal and external lighting, allowing you to enjoy a swim even after sunset. The sunbathing area surrounding the pool is furnished with sunbeds, and the manicured lawn provides ample space for relaxation and play. The pool is accessible directly from the basement living area through large sliding glass windows and is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. From the first floor, an open staircase continues upward to a partial loft level, leading to an air-conditioned relaxation area situated within the villa's distinctive turret.

The basement floor, which benefits from direct access to the swimming pool through large sliding glass windows, houses a second living area flooded with natural light. This level also contains a guest bathroom and 3 double bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms are each equipped with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub and shower as well as a walk-in closet, while the third bedroom is served by an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
