Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Villa Mulberry are thoughtfully designed to make the most of the spectacular natural setting. The private grounds of over 2,000 square metres unfold across multiple terraced levels, alternating between areas of lawn, stone pathways, and paved platforms that connect the various access points of the villa. Guests can unwind on the lawn beneath the shade of a generous white mulberry tree or enjoy a quiet moment on the seating area at the foot of the rock. The rear portion of the land transitions into its natural, barren state, characteristic of the Mediterranean scrub typical of this coastal region. A solarium terrace greets you at the entrance, leading directly to the veranda, which is furnished with a dining and living area shaded by a canopy, creating an ideal setting for al fresco meals and leisurely afternoons. A mobile barbecue is also available in this outdoor living space.

The centrepiece of the outdoor area is the non-heated sea-view infinity pool, positioned directly in front of the veranda and accessible with just a few steps from the interior open-plan space. Rectangular in shape, the pool measures 9 x 4.5 metres with a depth of 1.50 metres and is lined with stoneware tiles. Entry is facilitated by Roman steps and a lateral ladder, while saltwater purification ensures a natural and gentle swimming experience. Both internal and external lighting extend the usability of the pool into the evening hours, and a solar shower is conveniently located nearby. The surrounding solarium is fully paved and equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas for comfortable sunbathing. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

On the ground floor, an entrance hall with a sitting area welcomes you into an open-plan living space that incorporates a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. 2 double bedrooms are located on this level, each featuring an en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden. A guest bathroom and a dedicated laundry room complete the ground floor layout.

On the first floor, 3 double bedrooms are arranged, each with an en-suite bathroom with shower and private access to a terrace, along with a desk for those who may need a workspace. One of these bedrooms is further enhanced with a sofa and a sitting area, offering additional comfort and versatility. From the upstairs landing, an external staircase provides access to the rear garden. Please note that the property includes some steps without handrails.

The villa welcomes pets, subject to prior authorisation by the owner. Guests must communicate the number of animals, their size, and breed in advance to obtain approval. Acceptance is limited to animals up to medium size.

The property includes some steps without handrails, which guests with mobility considerations should take into account when planning their stay. Linen is provided on a weekly basis, and both an initial and a final cleaning service are included in the rental rate. Utilities, including electricity, water, and gas for kitchen use and hot water, are also covered within the rate.
