The enclosed garden at Palazzo Pozzo Bonelli is arranged over 2 main levels, offering a rich variety of outdoor spaces that invite you to relax and explore at your own pace. On the lower level, a square non-heated pool measuring approximately 7 x 7 metres with a uniform depth of 1.30 metres takes centre stage, lined in dark-coloured PVC and equipped with chlorine purification and internal lighting. The pool is surrounded by a well-maintained lawn furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas, and a natural hornbeam hedge combined with mature planting ensures complete privacy. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. A flight of 12 steps leads from the pool lawn up to the kitchen terrace, which is furnished with a dining table and chairs and provides a wonderful setting for alfresco meals. A further 5 steps lead to the upper garden level, where gravel paths frame 4 distinct lawn areas and frame the main entrance to the house. An old well, still in use for garden irrigation, adds a charming historic touch to this level. A pergola draped in jasmine and roses, furnished with tables and chairs, stands adjacent to a veranda housing a fully equipped second kitchen, creating an idyllic shaded retreat. At the garden entrance, beneath a reed canopy, you will find a wood oven and a dedicated barbecue area, perfect for outdoor cooking and entertaining. Please be aware that the garden photographs were taken in spring, and therefore the appearance of flowering plants and the colour of the grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

The main living room occupies a prominent position on this floor, alongside 2 further double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with shower. One of these double bedrooms connects to a veranda that houses a second kitchen and offers direct access to the garden. On the first floor, a study is situated at the top of the first flight of stairs, followed by an atrium at the top of the second flight. A living room with a breakfast area connects a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. A corridor leads to an additional double bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing an en-suite bathroom with shower. An additional breakfast room and a further bathroom with shower complete the first floor. Please note that all fireplaces throughout the property are ornamental only and are not functional.

The property benefits from a ZeroDep Guarantee, meaning you are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 euros and subject to the limitations provided by the policy. Pets are accepted at the property, but acceptance must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, their size, and their breed. Please note that an extra cleaning charge applies in the case of animals. Heating is available on request and becomes mandatory from October to April. The weekly rental rate includes utilities such as electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen service and both initial and final cleaning of the property.
