Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Villa Ristola have been thoughtfully designed to make the most of the property's exceptional coastal position. The entire outdoor area is enclosed by walls approximately 1.20 metres high and is composed primarily of elegant paved terraces. On the ground floor, a shaded veranda directly accessible from the kitchen provides a welcoming outdoor dining area, ideal for leisurely al fresco meals. A staircase leads up to the first-floor terrace, a large panoramic space commanding uninterrupted sea views, where a lounge area furnished with a sofa and armchairs invites relaxation. This upper terrace also features a cold-water outdoor shower and a dedicated solarium area equipped with sunbeds and additional seating. The non-heated swimming pool, rectangular in shape and measuring 5 x 3 metres with a constant depth of 1.20 metres, is lined in PVC and accessed via a metal ladder. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please note that the property photographs were taken in spring, so the appearance of flowering plants and garden greenery may differ from what you find upon arrival.

Unit Layout

Villa Ristola is arranged over 2 floors and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms, each served by its own en-suite bathroom, for a total of 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor, the veranda with seating and dining areas serves as the main entrance, leading into the living room. Three steps connect the living area to the dining space and kitchen, from which direct access to the outdoor dining area is available. A laundry room is also located on this level. The ground floor further includes 1 double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. On the first floor, 2 additional double bedrooms are each equipped with their own private en-suite bathroom with shower. It should be noted that none of the bathrooms include a bidet. Air conditioning is available exclusively in the bedrooms.

Pets are accepted at the property; please be aware that an additional mandatory cleaning fee applies per animal per week.
