The sunbathing area along the short edge of the pool is finished with non-slip paving and equipped with sunbeds. The pool is non-heated and is open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October. The elevated position of the property allows you to enjoy partial sea views from various points throughout the garden.

Unit Layout

The main villa occupies the ground floor and welcomes you through a circular stone entrance into an open-plan living area that integrates a living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. From this level, 2 bedrooms are accessible: a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both enjoying sea views. A bathroom with shower serves this floor. The annex is situated on the lower floor and is accessible via an external staircase, as it is not internally connected to the main villa. It features a living area with characteristic vaulted stone walls, a kitchen, and a double sofa bed, along with a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. French doors from the annex open directly onto a furnished veranda with access to the garden. A shared washing machine, available to guests of both units, is located outside the annex.

The infinity pool is open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October. Pets are welcome at the property. The rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen, and initial and final cleaning. A Zer0Dep Guarantee is applied, meaning you are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage caused to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00€ and subject to the restrictions provided.
