The pool is rectangular in shape, measuring 5.5 x 6.5 metres with a constant depth of 1.60 metres, and is a non-heated saltwater pool lined in PVC and accessed via 3 submerged steps. It is equipped with internal lighting and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The surrounding sun terrace is generously furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a charming stone-built sofa with cushions, creating an ideal space for sunbathing and unwinding. At the rear of the ground floor living area, a second terrace on the lower level connects seamlessly to the private parking area. The garden areas throughout the estate feature sections of lawn and Mediterranean plants characteristic of the Salento region. Please be aware that photo shoots are typically carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns, and surrounding greenery may vary at the time of your arrival.
