The outdoor spaces of Casa Valentina are thoughtfully designed to offer a variety of atmospheres and experiences throughout the day. An illuminated, gravel-covered path divides the garden into 2 distinct areas. On the left, a covered wooden pergola shelters the private parking area, while a wooden gazebo adorned with curtains in colonial colours creates a shaded retreat ideal for unwinding during long summer days. On the right, a natural lawn with spontaneous vegetation, shaded by olive and mimosa trees and enlivened by the presence of 2 lemon trees, leads to the outdoor living area, which is equipped with a wooden table and a large umbrella, perfect for al fresco dining. From the portico, 2 steps descend to a rectangular hydromassage tub lined in PVC, set in a secluded position bordered by gravel paving and shaded by mastic and olive trees. The tub accommodates up to 5 people and features chlorine purification, a heating system, coloured internal lights, and LED illumination. It is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October. Please note that the photographs of the property were taken in spring; therefore, the flowering of plants and the colour of the garden's grass may differ from what you find upon arrival.

Casa Valentina is a single-storey property accessed through a portico that leads to the main entrance. The interior is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upon entering, the bright and open-plan living area connects directly to the outdoor spaces and features a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining area. A hallway leads from the living space to the sleeping area, where the 3 double bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. A second bathroom with shower and washing machine is located in a dedicated space adjacent to the garden. Fifteen steps from the main living area lead up to a furnished roof terrace, offering sofas and a natural panoramic view over the surrounding greenery.

Other Information

Casa Valentina welcomes pets, allowing guests to bring their animal companions for an additional charge per animal per week. The hydromassage tub is operational from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October. Air conditioning is available exclusively in the living area. The property's rate includes utilities such as water, gas for kitchen use, and electricity, as well as weekly linen service and initial and final cleaning. The stay also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, which means guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee provides EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations specified in the policy terms.
