Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Villa Lucente are as carefully considered as the interior, offering a seamless transition between the elegance within and the natural beauty that surrounds the property. A driveway framed by oleanders, cypresses, and maritime pines leads from the automatic vehicle gate uphill to the villa, setting the tone for the landscape that unfolds around it. The level garden encircling the house covers approximately 1,200 square metres and is richly planted with succulents, bougainvilleas, wisteria, geraniums, and aromatic herbs including rosemary and thyme. Carefully maintained hedges define the boundary between this level area and the gently sloping terrain below, which descends towards the road and is largely cultivated with olive and fruit trees. A small grove of maritime pines adds further character to the grounds, while a vegetable garden, available for your use, is planted with tomatoes, aubergines, and other seasonal vegetables alongside aromatic herbs such as mint, sage, and basil. The balcony of the master bedroom, supported by elegant white columns, forms a generous portico in front of the kitchen and dining area, creating an ideal setting for alfresco dining with sweeping views as your backdrop. On the opposite side of the portico, the garden extends over an open, unfenced sloping surface, preserving the unobstructed panorama of the sea and mountains. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and the appearance of the garden, including the flowering plants and the colour of the grass, may differ at the time of your arrival. The heated swimming pool is located just a few metres from the villa and enjoys the same spectacular panorama stretching from the Adriatic to the Abruzzo massifs. The rectangular pool measures 4 by 10 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.35 to 1.90 metres. It is lined in PVC with a mosaic border and features salt purification, internal lighting, and Roman steps for easy water access. Heating is available upon request with 7 days prior notice, bringing the water temperature up to 26 degrees. The surrounding solarium area is finished in a combination of travertine marble paving and lawn, and is equipped with sunbeds and an umbrella. The pool is available to guests from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Villa Lucente is configured across 2 floors connected by an elegant internal travertine staircase, offering a total of 270 square metres of thoughtfully arranged living space for up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, the main entrance opens into a spacious open-plan area that combines a welcoming living room, complete with a fireplace, sofa, armchairs, and a smart TV, with a dining area. To the right of this central space, a sliding door leads to a study that can also serve as an additional bedroom, furnished with a queen-size sofa bed measuring 140 cm. To the left, a door connects to the ground floor sleeping area, which includes a double bedroom and a bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a shower. A small storage room adjacent to this area functions as a laundry room and houses a washing machine and dryer. The fully equipped kitchen, designed with an island and stools as well as a table and chairs, is accessible from the dining area through a sliding door. Both the living room and the kitchen open directly onto the outdoor spaces via French windows. The first floor is dedicated to 2 further bedrooms served by a large shared bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private balcony supported by classic white columns, offering panoramic views. The third bedroom is a twin room with joinable beds and a sloping ceiling, with a maximum height of 167 cm near the bed and a minimum height of 78 cm.

Laundry needs are met by the washing machine located in the dedicated laundry room. Entertainment is well provided for, with a smart TV in the living room and satellite TV reception available. The property warmly welcomes pets, allowing guests to bring their animal companions along for the stay.

Other Information

Check-in and check-out times, as well as any specific house rules, should be confirmed directly with the property manager prior to arrival. The property accepts up to 1 small or medium-sized pet, and acceptance must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, their size, and breed. A mandatory extra cleaning fee applies for stays involving animals. A tourist tax of 1.00 euro per person per day is applicable for the first 10 days of the stay; children under the age of 14 are exempt from this charge. The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen changes and initial and final cleaning. The property also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning no security deposit is required either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 euro and subject to the limitations provided.
