Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Villa Rossa are thoughtfully designed to complement the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape. The garden, extending over approximately 1,100 square metres, serves as the centrepiece of the exterior, with well-maintained lawns and lush hedges cared for by an automatic irrigation system. The pool area sits on the same level as the house and is directly accessible from both the ground floor kitchen and the living room via French windows, making it an effortless extension of the interior living spaces. The non-heated swimming pool measures 10 by 4 metres with a depth of 1.30 metres and is lined in PVC with internal lighting. The water is purified through a sand filter, and the pool is equipped with a counter-current water jet system for those who enjoy active swimming. Entry into the pool is via a ladder positioned on one side. Alongside the pool, a jacuzzi tub accommodating 4 people is set into the surrounding wooden deck, offering a relaxing hydrotherapy experience in the open air. Sunbeds and a large umbrella complete the pool area, providing ample space for sunbathing and leisure. The pool is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Separate from the pool area, the living room opens directly onto a cosy outdoor dining and living area shaded by large umbrellas, perfect for alfresco meals and relaxed evenings in the garden. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, meaning the appearance of the garden, including flower blossoming and the colour of the grass, may differ at the time of your arrival.

Unit Layout

Villa Rossa is distributed across 3 floors and is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The main entrance on the ground floor opens into a spacious and luminous living room furnished with numerous seating areas and a striking ornamental grand piano. This living room connects to a fully equipped kitchen, both of which offer direct access to the garden. Also on the ground floor is the first double bedroom, complete with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub. A brick staircase from the ground floor leads up to the first floor, which houses the main sleeping area. This level comprises a large suite with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as 2 additional double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub. The basement level, accessible from the living room as well as via 2 external staircases, is home to 2 further cosy double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The basement also features a dedicated relaxation area equipped with a jacuzzi tub for 5 people, a large sofa, and a big screen, complemented by an additional bathroom with shower.

Villa Rossa is a fully fenced property accessed through an automatic entrance gate, ensuring privacy and security throughout your stay. The 2-car parking area is located within the property grounds. Pets are accepted on request, with a maximum of 1 animal per booking unless otherwise agreed, and an additional cleaning fee applies per animal per week or part of a week. Weekly linen changes are included in the rental rate, along with an initial and final cleaning of the property. Utilities including electricity, water, and gas for kitchen use are covered within the rate. The property also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning no security deposit is required either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided by the policy.
