The outdoor spaces of Villa Majoli are a testament to the seamless integration of design and nature. Upon entering the property, a driveway bordered by orange trees leads to an imposing staircase in light-coloured stone, where real cacti alternate with works of art, setting the tone for the exceptional quality of the surroundings. Encircling the main structure is a large furnished terrace featuring a sitting area beneath a canopy, as well as a second living area with masonry sofas directly accessible from one of the double bedrooms. Romantic paths wind up a hill through evergreens and Mediterranean scrub, leading to a shaded dining area with an outdoor kitchen equipped with a large brick barbecue and a generous wooden table with long benches. At the summit of this path, a masonry living area offers sweeping views over the Vendicari marsh. Descending to the lower level of the garden, fragrant rosemary-bordered steps lead to the pool area, which also houses a shower, a bathroom, and a small gym equipped with 2 exercise bikes and a multi-purpose bench. The park further includes a cactus garden and a pond, though guests are advised to exercise caution with children in this area. Please be aware that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colours of the garden's grass may differ at the time of arrival.

The non-heated swimming pool is positioned in a secluded area not visible from the villa, approximately 50 m away and reached by descending a flight of 15 steps. This rectangular infinity pool measures 16 x 4 m, with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.80 m, and is lined in PVC with a border in light-coloured local stone. The surrounding teak wood flooring provides ample space for deckchairs and sunbeds, partially shaded by a bamboo cover. A changing room with hot-water showers and a bathroom is conveniently located nearby. The pool is illuminated both internally and externally, allowing it to be enjoyed in the evening, and remains open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

This dining area flows naturally into the kitchen, which can also be accessed directly from the corridor. The kitchen exudes a traditional character through its lacquered terracotta worktop, vintage sideboard, and central table. Also on the ground floor is a formal dining room that opens onto a terrace, and a second living room with double windows overlooking the garden. The ground floor accommodates 3 bedrooms: 1 small single bedroom with a private bathroom, and 2 double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, wardrobe, and private access to the outdoors. On the upper floor, 2 further double bedrooms offer elegant and comfortable accommodation, each with an ensuite bathroom, wardrobe, and a private terrace with views over the countryside and the Vendicari marsh. All 5 bathrooms are lined with the classic majolica tiles of master ceramist Nicolò Giuliano of Monreale, and are each equipped with double basins, large showers, and skylights that flood the spaces with natural light.
