The sunken garden, visible from the covered arcade of the lower bedrooms, offers complete privacy, cool shade, and a contemplative atmosphere with baroque undertones. The large roof terrace serves as an exceptional vantage point, featuring a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a spacious dining area with a sturdy country table ideal for freshly barbecued meals, and a comfortable outdoor lounge with sofas perfect for pre-lunch drinks or a light afternoon siesta. The incredible views of the Vendicari wildlife reserve at sunset are a highlight of this terrace, where it is not uncommon to observe terns, egrets, flamingoes, and storks across the salt marshes, as well as horses in the neighboring land. The Pool House also benefits from its own ground floor terrace and a beautiful rooftop terrace. Please note that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the color of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival. The non-heated infinity swimming pool measures 17 x 5.50 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters and is open from 1st May to 31st October. The pool area is complemented by a sun deck with sun loungers, 2 shaded terrace areas, and a raised lounging terrace offering tantalizing sunset views in complete harmony with the natural surroundings.

Unit Layout

Villa Passo degli Aironi accommodates a maximum of 12 guests across 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, distributed between the Main House and the separate Pool House. In the Main House, the ground floor features an impressive and colorful entrance hall from which the main staircase leads either to the roof terrace above or to the en-suite bedrooms below. On one side of this floor is a spacious and welcoming living area, and on the other, a modern and light-filled dining area with a well-equipped open-style kitchen. Adjacent to these communal spaces are 2 large en-suite bedrooms, one configured as a double and one as a twin or double, both enjoying uninterrupted sea views from their private terrace. All rooms on this level open onto the long belvedere terrace overlooking the vineyards. On the lower level, 3 comfortable double suites are arranged along large corridors lined with an exuberant display of artworks. Each suite presents a delicate blend of Italian finishes and premium fixtures, and each opens onto an arcaded patio with an exclusive view of the sunken garden. All 3 suites include a private dressing room and a dedicated bathroom. On the roof terrace, the open-air kitchen and dining area complete the Main House experience. The Pool House is a fully self-contained separate building located near the pool area. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a lounge with an extra bed if needed, 1 double bedroom, and a bathroom.
