The outdoor spaces of Villa Miki are truly the heart of the property, centred around a magnificent large porch that serves as the social hub of the villa. This generous covered area greets you upon arrival and features a spacious seating area, a small kitchen, a traditional wood oven, and a large dining table, making it the perfect setting for long, convivial meals and relaxed gatherings. On warm summer days, the shade of the porch provides a delightful retreat where you can savour the region's exceptional wines and sample the finest local produce.

The 1,000 square metre lawned garden stretches out in front of the villa and is fully enclosed by a perimeter of carefully maintained hedges, with several tall trees offering natural shade and a sense of seclusion. The non-heated rectangular swimming pool, measuring 8 by 4 metres with a depth ranging from 40 to 180 centimetres, is located approximately 15 metres from the villa and is easily accessible from both the porch and the garden. Roman steps lead gently into the water, and the pool is illuminated to allow for evening swims during the warm summer nights. Lined in sky-blue fibreglass and equipped with a chlorine purification system and a hot-water shower, the pool is available from the first Saturday of May to the last Saturday of September. The surrounding pool area is thoughtfully arranged with sunbeds, a gazebo, an umbrella, and a table with chairs, creating an inviting sunbathing and relaxation space.

Villa Miki is configured across 2 floors and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it an ideal retreat for large families or groups of friends.

On the ground floor, adjacent to the porch, you enter a cosy living room furnished with comfortable orange sofas and featuring an ornamental fireplace. To the left of the living room, a kitchen and dining room leads through to the laundry area. To the right, a door opens into the master bedroom, which benefits from a private en-suite bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bathtub.

A stone staircase rising from the kitchen leads to one section of the first floor, where you will find a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. A separate wooden staircase from the living room accesses a second section of the first floor, which houses a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a balcony, a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed, a further bedroom with 2 single beds, and an additional bathroom with shower. Please note that air conditioning is available exclusively in the bedrooms located on the first floor.

Villa Miki welcomes a maximum of 1 pet, subject to prior authorisation by the owner. Guests must communicate the number, size, and breed of their animal before arrival to obtain approval. The property features an ornamental fireplace in the ground-floor living room, as well as a traditional wood oven on the porch, adding to the authentic character of the villa. The swimming pool is available from the first Saturday of May to the last Saturday of September. The property is protected by the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided by the policy.
