Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Villa Miki are truly the heart of the property, centred around a magnificent large porch that serves as the social hub of the villa. This generous covered area greets you upon arrival and features a spacious seating area, a small kitchen, a traditional wood oven, and a large dining table perfectly suited for convivial gatherings and long summer evenings with family or friends. On warm days, the shade of the porch provides an ideal setting to savour the exceptional local wines and sample the finest Piedmontese produce.

The surrounding garden extends across approximately 1,000 square metres of well-maintained lawn, completely enclosed for privacy and security. The perimeter is planted with hedges, and several tall trees provide natural shade across the grounds. The non-heated swimming pool is the centrepiece of the outdoor area, situated approximately 15 metres from the villa and easily accessible from both the porch and the garden. The rectangular pool measures 8 by 4 metres, with a depth ranging from 40 to 180 centimetres, and is lined in sky-blue fibreglass. Roman steps lead gently into the water, and the pool is illuminated to allow for evening swimming during the beautiful summer nights. A chlorine purification system and a hot-water shower complete the pool facilities. The pool is available from the first Saturday of May to the last Saturday of September. The surrounding sunbathing area is fully equipped with sunbeds, a gazebo, an umbrella, a table, and chairs, creating a perfect space for relaxation in the open air.

Villa Miki is configured across 2 floors and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for large families or groups of friends seeking a spacious and well-organised retreat.

On the ground floor, adjacent to the large porch, you enter a cosy living room featuring an ornamental fireplace and furnished with comfortable orange sofas. To the left of the living room, a kitchen and dining room leads through to a laundry area. To the right of the living room, a door opens into the master bedroom, which benefits from a private en-suite bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bathtub. A stone staircase from the kitchen leads up to the first part of the first floor, where you will find a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, served by a bathroom with shower.

A wooden staircase in the living room ascends to the second part of the first floor, which features a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a balcony, a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed, and a second bedroom also with 2 single beds. This upper area is served by a third bathroom with shower. Please note that air conditioning is available exclusively in the bedrooms located on the first floor.

Villa Miki welcomes pets, with a maximum of 1 animal permitted per stay. Acceptance of any animal must be authorised in advance by the owner, who requires prior communication of the number of animals, their size, and their breed.

The rental price includes all utilities, covering water, gas for kitchen use, and electricity, as well as the wireless internet connection, weekly linen, and the initial and final cleaning of the property. The stay is also covered by the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided by the policy. A tourist tax may be applicable where required by local regulations.
