The property is covered by the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning that no security deposit is required either upon balance payment or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided by the policy. Weekly linen is provided, along with an initial and final cleaning service included in the rental rate. Utilities including electricity, water, and gas for kitchen use are also included. The tourism tax is charged separately and amounts to 5 euros per person per night for the first 7 nights of the stay. Children under 16 years of age are exempt from this tax.
