Unit Layout

Casa Maria is configured across 2 levels and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The entrance door opens directly into the living room, which features a sofa and a dining table. On either side of the living room, 2 bedrooms are positioned on the upper level. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and benefits from a private en-suite bathroom with shower; both this room and the living room are fitted with French windows that open onto the upper terrace. The second bedroom on this level features a queen-size bed, suitable for 2 guests. A staircase of 16 steps descends to the lower floor, where the remaining spaces are found. This level includes a small but fully equipped kitchen, a walk-through room with 2 single beds that also serve as sofas, and a double room furnished with a large antique iron bed and its own private bathroom with shower. A third bathroom with shower is also located on this lower level. The second terrace can be accessed directly from the double room and from the walk-through room on this floor.
