Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Casale Rosy are as impressive as they are varied, offering a seamless extension of the interior living experience into the surrounding natural environment. The grounds are predominantly laid to lawn and adorned with lavender, rosemary, and numerous species of flowers and plants characteristic of the Mediterranean area. An enormous oak tree at the centre of the garden provides both beauty and natural shade to the relaxing area below. A large wooden pergola, fully furnished and positioned to capture the most spectacular views of the hills, serves as the ideal setting for moments of quiet relaxation. Directly in front of the kitchen, a dedicated outdoor dining area is equipped with umbrellas, chairs, and a table, perfect for leisurely lunches in the open air. One of the bedrooms also benefits from direct external access via a small loggia furnished with sofas, offering a private outdoor retreat. The non-heated swimming pool occupies a panoramic position approximately 10 metres from the property and measures 12 x 6 metres, with a variable depth ranging from 0.50 to 1.40 metres. Access to the pool is via Roman stairs, and the pool structure is constructed in plastic resin. The surrounding pool deck is finished in teak and furnished with sun beds and tables. Adjacent to the pool, a hydromassage tub and a large outdoor Jacuzzi tub complete the wellness offering. The pool is available to guests from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

Unit Layout

Casale Rosy accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms, distributed over 2 floors. On the ground floor, the main entrance leads directly into a spacious living room featuring a central fireplace and a large open-plan kitchen. A double sofa bed is positioned in a corner of the living room, providing additional sleeping flexibility. A large sliding window connects the living space to the wooden pergola, and direct garden access is available from every part of the room. Also situated on the ground floor are a service bathroom, a dedicated laundry room, and a store room. A marble staircase leads to the first floor, where 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom are located, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Of the 3 bathrooms on this floor, 2 are fitted with a shower and 1 features a bathtub. One of the double bedrooms enjoys the added privilege of external access directly from the small loggia furnished with sofas.
