At the back of the villa, adjacent to the kitchen, a shaded covered outdoor dining area provides the perfect setting for alfresco meals, sheltered from the sun and ideal for long, leisurely lunches or evening dinners in the open air. A custom-designed lighting system illuminates the garden at night, creating a magical and intimate atmosphere that allows guests to enjoy the outdoor spaces well into the evening hours.

The swimming pool, conceived by architect Tonti and lined in elegant stone with a distinctive sand-coloured tile finish, is a heated pool that measures 10 by 3 metres with a constant depth of 1.30 metres. Access to the water is provided via internal brick steps, and the pool is equipped with a salt purification system as well as both internal and external lighting. The border surrounding the pool and the dedicated sunbathing area are finished in non-slip stoneware, ensuring both safety and aesthetic harmony. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. It is worth noting that photographs of the property were taken in spring, meaning that the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what guests observe upon arrival.

The main entrance, located on the raised floor, opens directly into a spacious living room that is divided into a living area featuring a fireplace and a separate dining area. A staircase from the main entrance leads up to the first floor, where 3 of the 4 bedrooms are located. The first is a double bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom fitted with a bathtub. The remaining 2 bedrooms on this floor share a bathroom with a shower: one bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds that can be joined together to form a double, while the other features a queen-size bed.

Internal stairs descend from the main floor to the basement level, which has been configured as a versatile open-plan space incorporating a living area, a dining zone, and a kitchen. This lower level also contains the fourth bedroom, a double room with its own bathroom fitted with a shower, as well as a dedicated laundry room, making it a self-contained and highly functional area of the villa.
