A long cypress-lined avenue leads from the entrance gate directly to the dedicated parking area, ensuring a grand and seamless arrival. Connected to the main villa via a small courtyard is the Court, where a discreet and attentive caretaker resides, always available to assist guests with any request or need throughout their stay.

Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Colle Ridente are a true celebration of the Italian countryside, offering a harmonious blend of cultivated beauty and natural splendor. The expansive park is partly dedicated to a manicured lawn and garden featuring rosemary, cherry laurel, and various flower beds, and partly to orchards and diverse tree plantings that provide numerous natural shade areas thanks to the extraordinary variety of tall native species. The property enjoys a magnificent panoramic position, with views that sweep pleasantly over the surrounding countryside, and the park is organized with scenic wisdom across several levels, connected by paths that allow guests to explore every corner of the grounds. On a brick-paved area adjacent to the living room, an outdoor dining table invites guests to enjoy meals al fresco and share pleasant moments with friends and family. The non-heated swimming pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October and is situated approximately 50 meters from the villa, accessible via a staircase of 24 steps. Rectangular in shape, the pool measures 12 x 6 meters with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.40 meters, features a Roman staircase for water access, a PVC internal lining, external lighting, and a clinker-tiled outer edge with chlorine purification. The surrounding solarium area is partly in stone and partly in lawn, furnished with sun beds, deck chairs, and an umbrella, and is equipped with a changing room located just a few meters away. Please note that photo shoots of the property are typically taken in spring, and therefore the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns, and park may appear different at the time of your arrival.

Colle Ridente is configured to accommodate up to 13 guests across 7 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, each room distinguished by its own name, individual style, and carefully curated furnishings that reflect the character and history of the house. The main entrance on the ground floor opens into a welcoming hall from which, on the left, guests access a large living area, a cloister with arched windows, and a consecrated church available exclusively upon request. Also on the ground floor, a generous dining area connects to a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace and an adjoining antechamber, served by a dedicated guest bathroom. Across the hall, a sitting room with television leads into a study, and 2 additional guest bathrooms are also found on this level. Adjacent to the sitting room, a staircase descends to the basement, where the woodshed is located. An internal staircase in the main entrance hall leads to the first floor, which houses 6 double bedrooms, 2 of which feature divisible beds allowing for flexible sleeping arrangements, and 1 single bedroom. All 7 bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with their own en-suite bathroom with shower.
