A deposit of 500 collected by the agency is required and will be released to the guest after 7 days from check-out. Parties and receptions are not permitted at the property, and silence is to be observed after midnight. The housemaid resides within the villa in a room located on a mezzanine level between the garden floor and the terrace floor. She does not have an independent entrance but ensures maximum discretion, as her room is accessible from the corridor on the garden floor without passing through other spaces, and she enters and exits through the kitchen on the same level. The house manager resides on the villa's rooftop and has a separate entrance. A concierge service is also available at the villa to assist guests in organising any aspect of their stay. The rental rate includes a welcome prosecco bottle, toilet paper, coffee capsules, and sugar, as well as basic welcome amenities including shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, and a shower cup. Fit-yoga gym tools are also provided. Consumption of electricity, water, gas, air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, and satellite TV is included. Standard daily cleaning of 3 hours is mandatory and included, and linen and towels are changed every 3 days.
