Palazzo Santa Croce is registered under CIN IT065100B49LVR76BV and CIR 15065100EXT0336. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 20:00 during high season and at 16:00 during low season. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 in all seasons.

A refundable damage deposit of 10,000 euros is required prior to check-in and will be processed as a pre-authorisation on a credit card. The full amount will be returned at the end of the stay provided no damage to the property has occurred. Upon arrival, an additional deposit of 2,000 euros is required to be paid exclusively in cash to the manager or butler of the building to cover food, drinks, and other services not included in the contract. Should the final expense account exceed this amount, the difference will be requested; should it be less, the remainder will be promptly reimbursed.

A city tax applies from 1st April to 31st October at a rate of 2.50 euros per person per day for guests aged 10 years and above.

The porter service includes 2 pieces of luggage per person on the day of arrival, between 16:00 and 18:00, and on the day of departure, between 08:00 and 10:00. Additional luggage and requests outside these hours are charged to the guest at 10 euros per piece of luggage, and 20 euros per piece between 22:00 and 06:00.

Services not included in the rental are the private chef, telephone and fax, food and drinks, additional staff time, laundry service, baby-sitting, and parking, which is not available on site but may be arranged nearby subject to availability and at an additional charge.

Guests may access the property via a public elevator operating from 08:00 to 24:00, which connects directly from the Amalfi Drive to the doors of the Palace in a matter of minutes. As this elevator is not managed by the villa's management, any inconvenience related to its operation cannot be attributed to them. Alternatively, a scenic 10-minute walk comprising 190 steps remains available for those who prefer it. An emergency contact number will be provided at check-in, and the team is available to offer assistance and suggestions for a wide range of activities including excursions, boat tours, cooking experiences, and much more.
