Nestled in the heart of Ravello on the Amalfi Coast, this charming semi-detached house extends across approximately 90 square metres and accommodates a maximum of 4 guests across 2 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The interior has been thoughtfully designed to blend the traditional architectural character of the area with carefully selected modern furnishings, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere throughout.

Upon entering the property, a corridor leads to the various rooms of the house. The spacious living room is furnished with sofas, a dining table, and a fireplace, and benefits from direct access to the private garden. Adjacent to the living area, the fully equipped modern kitchen also opens directly onto the garden and features a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, and an American coffee maker, along with a dining table that comfortably seats 4 people.

The first double bedroom includes a wardrobe and enjoys direct access to the garden, served by a dedicated bathroom with a shower. The master double bedroom is equipped with an en-suite bathroom featuring both a bathtub and a separate shower stall. An outdoor laundry area located near the house contains a washing machine and clothing lines for air-drying.

Access to the property is gained from Piazza Lacco, the nearest point reachable by car, from which guests walk along a pedestrian-only street consisting of 33 shallow stone steps leading up to the main entrance of the semi-detached building. The entrance opens onto a shared internal courtyard.

A car is not essential during your stay, as the SITA bus stop is located approximately 700 metres from the property, providing connections to Amalfi and other destinations along the Amalfi Coast. Private parking is available at the edge of town if requested in advance, at a cost of 30 to 40 euro per day with valet service included.

Within a short walk of the property, Piazza Fontana offers cafes, restaurants, and a grocery and fruit shop. A wider range of amenities, including shops, restaurants, pizzerias, a post office, a newsagent, grocery stores, wine and cheese shops, and the SITA bus stop, can be found around Piazza Vescovado, the main square of Ravello. From Amalfi, boats and hydrofoils operate services to Positano, Sorrento, Capri, and Salerno during the summer season. Check-in is available from 15:00 and check-out must be completed by 10:00. A refundable security deposit of 500 euro is required upon arrival and will be returned upon departure, less any charges in the event of damage to the property. A final cleaning fee of 120 euro is payable locally, as is a tourist tax of 3 euro per person per day. Heating is available at an additional cost of 15 euro per day if requested.
