Accessed from the second floor with no lift, the entrance opens into a welcoming living room furnished with sofas, armchairs, and a tea table. From the living room, you can step directly onto the magnificent private terrace of approximately 50 square metres, which faces the iconic Moorish bell-tower and the sea beyond. The terrace is equipped with a table, chairs, and sun loungers, as well as an external shower, making it an ideal setting for outdoor dining or relaxing in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen is also accessible from the living room and includes an electric oven, a dining table for 6, and a dedicated laundry area. A bathroom with shower completes the lower level. A staircase of 12 steps leads to the upper floor, where the 2 bedrooms are located: 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom. A second bathroom with shower serves this floor.

Please note that parking within the town is only possible in designated paid parking areas. The property is accessed on foot from the main town square via a narrow public walkway that includes approximately 100 stairway steps, and the building has no elevator.

In terms of distances, Ravello is 5 km away, Positano is 22 km away, Salerno is 27 km away, Sorrento is 35 km away, Naples airport is 60 km away, and Rome Fiumicino airport is 320 km away. From April until the end of October, ferries and hydrofoils operate daily from Amalfi to Capri (1.5 hours), Positano (20 minutes), Naples (2 hours), Sorrento (1.5 hours), Ischia (2.5 hours), and Salerno (1 hour).

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00. A refundable security deposit of 300 EUR is required upon arrival and will be returned at departure, less any charges in the event of damage to the property. A final cleaning fee of 100 EUR is payable locally. A tourist tax of 3 EUR per person per night is also payable locally in cash; children under 12 years of age are exempt.

A range of additional services is available at an extra charge and payable locally, including a luggage carrying service, a local cook, food delivery, babysitter, cot and high chair, airport transfers, private excursions, and boat, car, or scooter rental.
