Guests are kindly requested to carry copies of their passports with them during their stay. A refundable security deposit of 500 euros is payable upon arrival and will be returned prior to departure, minus any charges for accidental damages to the property. The rental rates include an initial grocery supply, water, electricity, gas, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a mid-week cleaning and towel change, and a final cleaning service. Linen change is included once per week upon request. The property is located approximately 70 steps below the main road, encompassing both pathways and staircases. The use of town porters for luggage is recommended, and costs may vary. A city tax of 2.50 euros per person, per night is not included in the rates and must be settled with the final balance via bank transfer. Please be aware that this amount is subject to change.
