The minimum stay at the villa is 4 nights, with a flexible changeover day to suit your travel plans. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00, while a late check-in service is available from 21:00 until 24:00. Check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00. A security deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival, to be paid in cash, and will be returned upon departure less any charges in the event of damages. The rental rates include gas, water, and electricity consumption up to 25 kWh per day, with any exceeding consumption to be settled on site at 0.50 euros per kWh. Included in the rates are also a midweek change of bed linens and bath towels, a weekly change of pool towels, cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms for 3 hours every other day, a welcome buffet and welcome drink upon arrival, and a baby cot. A tourist tax of 2.00 euros per person per night applies, excluding children up to 12 years of age, for a maximum of 10 nights, and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
