You will find the accommodation has been personally furnished with excellent taste by the owners, achieving a wonderful balance of antique furniture combined with modern conveniences. The property features a panoramic swimming pool set in a commanding position offering spectacular views across the rolling countryside. Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms to ensure your comfort during warm summer months, and Internet Wifi connection is available throughout your stay. The expansive yard encompasses manicured gardens full of roses, lavender and other flowering plants, all surrounded by olive groves and cypress trees in a landscape shaped by centuries of patient agricultural tradition. You will find this expansive vacation rental thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 14 guests across 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, distributed between the main house and an annex. The main house features a ground floor entrance that welcomes you into a first living room furnished with a comfortable Chesterfield couch and a couple of armchairs, offering seating for up to 7 people. Adjacent to this space, you will discover a large living room with a working fireplace and comfortable sofas and armchairs that can seat up to 10 or 12 people, with double doors opening to the covered loggia where you can relax and enjoy the view. Next to the living room, a large dining room with a working fireplace accommodates up to 14 people. The ground floor also includes a large kitchen with a separate dining area, working fireplace, and a table for 8, with double doors opening to a dining patio and second outdoor living room. A guest bathroom serves this level. Completing the ground floor is an air conditioned double bedroom with a king size bed, separate sitting room, and walk-in closet, accompanied by an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub with hand-held shower and separate shower. The first floor sleeps up to 8 people and offers lovely views over the rolling hills and countryside. You will find one master bedroom with a king size bed, working fireplace, and walk-in closet, featuring an ensuite bathroom with shower and double sink. Three additional bedrooms on this floor offer flexible sleeping arrangements with twins that can be put together to form doubles. One of these bedrooms includes a walk-in closet, and their ensuite bathrooms feature either showers or a tub with hand-held shower. The annex, available at extra cost, provides 2 additional air conditioned bedrooms. One twin or double bedroom with twins that can be put together has double doors leading out to the garden and an ensuite bathroom with shower. EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking. Cancellation of a booking, unless stated otherwise in the reservation policies of the property, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:
- the percentage of the total rental amount paid at the time of the booking as initial deposit if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period;
- 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show.
