You will find this expansive vacation rental thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 14 guests across 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, distributed between the main house and an annex. The main house features a ground floor entrance that welcomes you into a first living room furnished with a comfortable Chesterfield couch and a couple of armchairs, offering seating for up to 7 people. Adjacent to this space, you will discover a large living room with a working fireplace and comfortable sofas and armchairs that can seat up to 10 or 12 people, with double doors opening to the covered loggia where you can relax and enjoy the view. Next to the living room, a large dining room with a working fireplace accommodates up to 14 people. The ground floor also includes a large kitchen with a separate dining area, working fireplace, and a table for 8, with double doors opening to a dining patio and second outdoor living room. A guest bathroom serves this level. Completing the ground floor is an air conditioned double bedroom with a king size bed, separate sitting room, and walk-in closet, accompanied by an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub with hand-held shower and separate shower. The first floor sleeps up to 8 people and offers lovely views over the rolling hills and countryside. You will find one master bedroom with a king size bed, working fireplace, and walk-in closet, featuring an ensuite bathroom with shower and double sink. Three additional bedrooms on this floor offer flexible sleeping arrangements with twins that can be put together to form doubles. One of these bedrooms includes a walk-in closet, and their ensuite bathrooms feature either showers or a tub with hand-held shower. The annex, available at extra cost, provides 2 additional air conditioned bedrooms. One twin or double bedroom with twins that can be put together has double doors leading out to the garden and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Working fireplaces are featured in multiple rooms throughout the main house, including the large living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom on the first floor, and the ground floor double bedroom.
